SEWER & DRAIN CLEANING

Plumbing and HVAC work by Plumbing Pros in Easton, Pennsylvania and the Lehigh Valley

Fast, reliable drain and sewer cleaning in the Lehigh Valley

Sewer and drain lines take a beating over time, tree roots push in, grease builds up, and older pipes corrode. When water backs up or drains slow down, you need a team that can diagnose the problem fast and clear it for good.

Plumbing Pros uses camera inspections to see exactly what’s going on inside your pipes, then we bring the right tool for the job: hydro-jetters for stubborn buildup, drain snakes for standard clogs, and augers for deeper blockages. We also focus on prevention, helping you avoid repeat issues and expensive emergency calls down the road.

Common questions

Why does my drain keep clogging even after it is cleared?
Recurring clogs are usually a symptom, not the problem. The real causes are old drain lines with jagged internals, improper fitting placement, poorly designed plumbing, house traps, and backpitched piping. Grease, hair, and debris then catch on those underlying issues. If you are snaking the same drain every few months, stop paying for snaking and find out why.
How does a cast iron drain line actually fail?
Winter makes the ground shift and old cast iron contracts with it. Pipe that has been rotting for decades becomes brittle and cracks. As the interior rusts, the inside wall develops jagged edges, and waste starts catching on them instead of flowing to the city sewer main. Homeowners see slow drains and assume it is a clog. It is the pipe failing.
Does cast iron pipe cause low water pressure?
No. Cast iron is drain pipe. It has nothing to do with your water pressure. Water pressure problems come from your water lines, which is a completely separate system. If somebody tells you your low water pressure is a cast iron problem, get a second opinion.
How do I know if I have a sewer line problem?
Watch for foul odors near drains or in the yard, slow drainage in multiple fixtures, unexplained wet spots or unusually lush patches in the lawn, and gurgling from drains. A camera inspection pinpoints the cause.
