Emergency dispatch fees waived for active members. After-hours start times are not guaranteed. Priority scheduling is provided, with emergencies taking precedence. What a whole home inspection actually covers
Worth spelling out, because most companies say inspection and mean a glance under the sink. Ours covers:
- Every accessible valve
- Toilet components
- Location and condition of your main water shut off, so you can kill the water in an emergency
- A detailed water sample test on site: hardness, iron, chlorine, total dissolved solids, and pH
- Condition and location of your main gas shut off
Plans run on a 12 month minimum commitment and renew automatically unless you cancel with 30 days written notice. Repair discounts are capped per visit, at $2,000 on Plumbing Assurance and $3,500 on Plumbing Assurance Emergency. The diagnostic fee is waived on scheduled visits, and emergency dispatch fees are waived for active members. Priority scheduling means members go ahead of non members, though genuine emergencies always take precedence, and after hours start times are not guaranteed.
