We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Sal and his team. Sal, Jake, and Joel are incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. Most importantly, their work is amazing. They installed a new sink for us and fixed all of the plumbing underneath. The work was done well and quickly, and the team took great care of our home as well, wearing booties and laying out multiple drop cloths to protect our floors. The entire team was a very good group of guys who are very good at their craft. The rate we paid was also very fair, and I would've paid more for how wonderfully we were treated.

One thing that really stood out to us is how understanding Sal was. We have a 7 month old baby and couldn't last very long without a sink. Knowing this, Sal squeezed us in the night before our sink was delivered to disconnect the old one and came back the next day to install so that we wouldn't have to go too long without a sink. I have been through a few different plumbing companies over the years and have never really been satisfied - either with the timing or the pricing - it was *always something but with Plumbing Pros - totally different experience. Sal and his team are all about customer service in addition to resolving the issue at hand in a reasonable time frame. Pricing was upfront / no surprises and they took the time to explain what was being done in detail - and what to look out for to prevent the issue from happening again. Great overall experience and I will definitely recommend to family/friends - Thank you Sal !!

Google does not allow a 2nd review for some reason but I had Plumbing Pros out again to replace our 20 year old hot water heater with a tankless system (8/2024) - Sal and his team did an outstanding job, at a reasonable price - and provided sound advice on our utility line (natural gas) that needed to be replaced as part of the whole process. Sal and his team jumped to save the day! We had a shut off valve break off which left us with no water for the night being it was a Sunday and American water had to come out n shut the water off from the road! Sal answered the phone on a Sunday! He and Joel came on Tuesday and were friendly and on time. They got the job done quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. I am super happy with their work, and will call Sal again the next time I need something done.
